Hi friends.
It was quite a week, wasn't it? Our area has been hit again with the after-affects of flooding. Weren't we just here? Because we've been here before as a community, I know that Houston has a wealth of resources for those who need assistance, and I'm positive that those who need the information are receiving it from neighbors and from organizations directly.
But, what if you want to help? This a great chance to participate in being a great neighbor. In the spirit of being neighborly, I want to share. My friend at Big Kid Small City developed an excellent list of ways to help, titled How to help Houstonians affected by the floods… Even if you are caring for young kids. Read it, bookmark it, and use it help our neighbors who may need it.
