The annual 4th of July Parade and Festival will take place on Wednesday, July 4, 2019. The parade begins at 9:30 am and is followed by the community festival from 10:00 am until 1:00 pm. Bring the entire family and enjoy the parade, carnival games and rides, petting zoo, live music, and food from local restaurants! Festival is held at Bellaire Town Square and Loftin Park.
