Disney's latest holiday movie releases November 20, 2012 most major retail outlets. It is about the frisky foursome of Hope, Jingle, Charity and Noble as they, in spite their best intentions, risk losing Christmas forever!
Review:
We recently invited a some family and friends over to help celebrate the release of this movie with a viewing party. I will admit that I did not see the first Santa Paws, but I always love a movie with cute talking puppies. Can you really go wrong with that?
The good news is that you can watch this film without having seen the first Santa Paws, as this story line stands alone. The puppies, Hope, Jingle, Charity, and Noble are absolutely adorable. Their are quite a few laugh-out-loud moments as the puppies scoot around mischievously in their quest to become Santa's helpers. And you can't help but root for them when their mischief gets them into a bind, and they have to work to save Christmas.
Everything about this movie, from the scenery to the singing to the script, is heartwarming. And, though the human actors do a fine job (Cheryl Ladd as Mrs. Claus is a believable Mrs. Claus - and she looks great!), the pups, in my opinion, steal the show. In all, Santa Paws 2: The Santa Pups is a really cute movie that will definitely set the mood for the holiday season!
