Children’s Museum of Houston unwraps “The Grinch’s Holiday Workshop”

Join  Cindy-Lou Who, the lovable dog Max and the “Mean One” himself, The Grinch, at The Grinch’s Holiday Workshop, a new interactive experience opening at the Children’s Museum of Houston.

Inspired by Dr. Seuss’ How the Grinch Stole Christmas!, The Grinch’s Holiday Workshop opens Nov. 22.To step into The Grinch’s Holiday Workshop is to walk into the pages of Dr. Seuss’ classic holiday tale. Gallery walls, wrapped in scenes from Dr. Seuss’ How The Grinch Stole Christmas! pop with Who-holiday spirit.

The Grinch’s Holiday Workshop opens Nov. 22, 2014 and runs through Jan. 4, 2015 during regular museum hours. Museum admission fees apply.

DON’T MISS:
  • Look for clues in The Workshop to answer scavenger hunt questions;
  • Dive into fun, two-sided Grinch masks.
  • Get the Grinch stuck down a chimney with the “Grinch in a Pinch” tree ornaments.
  • Create your own Who-ville character to add to a community mural and invite everyone out for a Who-Ville feast.
  • Create Grinch finger puppets to convey this holiday classic in a puppet theatre.
  • Gather around for storytelling with the Children’s Museum of Houston staff and special guests who will read How the Grinch Stole Christmas!
Special appearances will be made by the Grinch himself.  Take your camera!
